My recommendation for equipment that best suits the principles by which I deliver Contrology is the Contrology line of apparatus by Balanced Body, available in Australia and New Zealand through HF Industries (look for your local distributors in other countries).

• If purchasing a Reformer ensure it is an 80inch model- longer models, while espoused by other classical training systems, are actually not original and drastically alter exercises that use straps

• If purchasing a Pedi-Pole ensure it is the Standard Model, without seat

• At present this line does not offer High Mats, Guillotines or Wall Units. These are best sourced from Legacy Pilates equipment (Turkey) or Empower Pilates equipment (Brazil)
